Custom Branding & Personalisation Policy

This policy applies to any product customised with a logo, text or design via our DTF print or other personalisation services.

Digital Proofs

Before we begin production, we will send you a free digital proof showing your logo or text as it will appear on the garment, including position and size. Production only begins once you have approved this proof. Please review your proof carefully — check spelling, positioning, and colours — as we print exactly what has been approved.

Turnaround Time

Custom branded orders typically take 5–10 working days from proof approval to dispatch, depending on order volume and complexity. Bulk or multi-garment orders may take longer; we will confirm an estimated timeline when you order.

Non-Returnable Once Approved

Because custom branded items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has started, except where the finished item does not match the approved proof, or is faulty.

Errors & Your Responsibility

We check every design for basic print quality and placement issues before production. However, we are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or design choices that were present in your approved proof. If you spot an error after approving your proof, contact us immediately — we will do our best to help if production has not yet started, though changes may not always be possible once approved.

Logo & Artwork Ownership

By submitting a logo, text or artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to use this design, or have permission from the rights holder. We reserve the right to decline any artwork that infringes third-party copyright or trademark rights.

Print Sizes & Positions

Standard print sizes and positions are listed on our Custom DTF Print product page. Designs larger than our standard sizes may be possible but require a custom quote — please contact us before ordering.

Quality & Durability

Our DTF prints are designed to withstand regular washing and daily wear. To maximise the life of your print, we recommend washing at 30°C, turning garments inside out before washing, and avoiding tumble drying on high heat.

Faulty Custom Items

If your custom branded item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
